Michelle’s fascination with nutrition, performance, and natural medicine began at a very young age. Her first job in a Main Drug Mart health food and supplement department was where she began her training in holistic nutrition. It was during her last year in university studying bio-psychology and philosophy were she developed a deep respect for the connections between our environment, nutrition, and emotional well-being. She was able to experiment and see first hand how a change in our diet, environment, and mindfulness practice can reduce stress-related diseases, including mental illness.

Michelle graduated from Wilfred Laurier University in 2014 and followed her passion into the holistic nutrition program at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. While completing her nutrition diploma she was introduced to the European-based practice of Iridology. She quickly fell in love with this method of analysis and was awarded a certificate for Applied Iridology in Professional Practice at IHN in 2016. Michelle has since completed training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga,  and training with the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine in ADHD and Depression. She is currently a member of the Institute of Child Psychology where she is dedicated to spreading awareness about the latest research and strategies to help families heal, develop resiliency, regulate emotion, and achieve  optimal health and wellbeing.

Michelle sees that holistic medicine and trauma informed wellness practice lays the foundation to overcoming physiological and psychological imbalance. Her goal is to empower clients and provide them with a customized wellness program to assist them with their health and wellness goals. The program utilizes Iridology, Holistic Nutrition, Ayurveda, Quantum Botanicals (Flower Essences), Aroma Touch Technique and Trauma Informed Yoga and Meditation.

She aims to reorient the spirit to better heal the body and establish complete health and wellness optimization.
